The first project proposed by the group is entitled “Astronomy for the blind”, although it is designed for all types of attendee whether they have vision problems or not. What is different about the session is that the objects constructed in it, in addition to being seen, must be perceived – or it must be possible for them to be perceived – through other senses such as hearing or touch.

The starting point is to design a system of panels that form a set in which a certain number of constellations, the ecliptic and the celestial equator are represented.
